About us

Victoria Foundation Tanzania is a registered Non-Governmental Organization with the registration No. ooNGO/R2/000659 headquartered in Dar es Salaam. The foundation was established to promote and improve the socio-economic wellbeing of disadvantaged rural members in Tanzania. Specifically, it supplements government efforts in supporting marginalized groups of people such as widows, orphans, albinos, youth, the elderly and those with disabilities. The organization was established in February 2011 by Ms. Vicky Kamata Likwelile following a genuine impetus to change the lives of those around her for the better. The foundation started by using its limited internal resources to effect this change and along the way met some really amazing human beings who cared equally about alleviating the plight facing the marginalized. We believe more can be done and we want to do more. Please Join us.
